The apartment consists of a living room with a loft, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is a mix of classic and modern and is essential to create a welcoming environment where you can admire the beautiful views of Rome.

It is also part of a larger property composed of two units with a shared entrance.

Entering the house there is a small hallway; to the left you will find the bathroom, equipped with a shower cabin.
At the end of this short hallway is the living room with the loft (height: 1,85m), furnished with a sofa bed (160cm x 190cm), two armchairs and a bookshelf. A beautiful wooden staircase gives you access to the loft, which is furnished with a double mattress (160cm x 190cm) and a nightstand.

Either way, in the vicinity of the apartment you can park for free in the presence of white stripes, or against payment in case of blue strips only when the ZTL (limited area to traffic) timetable permits the entrance to the area of the municipality of Rome, from 18:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays all day unless changes for extraordinary reasons have been applied.

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, and it has views of the Mausoleum of Augustus, an impressive funerary monument with circular plan of the first century b.C.
Next to it is the Museum of the Ara Pacis, one of the finest examples of classical art in Rome: it was built in the 13 b.C. to honor the return of the emperor Augustus from his military campaigns and is dedicated to ‘Pax’, the Roman Goddess of Peace.
In Via Vittoria there is a plaque commemorating the general and patriot Giuseppe Garibaldi, who lived in this house in via Vittoria in April of 1879. The plaque was placed by the Municipality of the City of Rome on September 20th, 1883.
Great personalities like poets Keats and Shelley, Johann Wolfgang Goethe and Federico Fellini lived in this neighbourhood.
