Villa Ravello is located in the town of Ravello on the Amalfi Coast, close to the charming garden of Villa Rufolo, where in 1877 the German musician Richard Wagner composed his last music drama, the "Parsifal", and where every year takes place the Ravello Festival, an important musical event of international standing.

Built in 1934 by architect Barluzzi on the ruins of the ancient church of Sant'Andrea del Pendolo, the villa stands in a panoramic position on a rock overlooking the sea and has a special architecture: built over several levels, has a tower and 5 panoramic terraces with wonderful views of the Gulf of Amalfi.
Nestled in the lush Mediterranean scrub, the property features a beautiful flower garden with lemon grove (covering 300 sqm) and several areas for outdoor meals, enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the Amalfi Coast.

The villa (500 sqm) can accommodate up to 8 people, is spread over 2 levels for a total capacity of 5 bedrooms (including 2 doubles and 3 singles) and 5 bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub.
The property is furnished with exquisite taste and elegance, moreover has many antiques and Oriental tapestries.
The ceilings of the rooms are high; the windows are vaulted or mullioned; the floors are all enterily covered by original Capodimonte majolicas in a lovely shade of turquoise.

The bedrooms are spacious and bright, decorated in a classic style but completely renewed, as well as the bathrooms. The superb living room with vaulted ceiling, is divided into three sections by two rows of columns, and has a stately as well as romantic charm.
Lastly, there are a dining room with wooden table and a kitchen, fully equipped and functional.

The bedrooms' windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Not included free Wi-Fi.

Villa Ravello is located in Ravello, a beautiful town along the Amalfi Coast, placed in the province of Salerno.
Located between the Valley of Dragone and the Valley of Regina Minor and surrounded by the sea, Ravello is a very popular tourist destination, appreciated for its history, the beauty of nature (plunged in the lush mediterranean scrub ) and its period residences.

Within the city, you can visit the ancient Cathedral of Ravello (dating from the eleventh century), the Church of San Giovanni del Toro (which keeps a pulpit with some 11th century mosaics), and three beautiful residences, Villa Cimbrone, Villa Rufolo and Villa La Rondinaia, with magnificent sea views.
Ravello is known as the "City of Music" because of one of the oldest and most important Italian festival, the Ravello Festival, that every year attracts orchestras and artists of international fame.
For lovers of good beverages, it is recommend to taste the renowned limoncello of Ravello, made from the local citrus, as well as white, red and rosé wines, including the Selva delle Monache.

From Ravello you can easily reach by car the other pictoresque towns of the Amalfi Coast, such as:
- Atrani (6 km), one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, perched on a cliff overlooking the sea;
- Amalfi (7 km), from which the Coast takes its name, a UNESCO World Heritage Site;
- Conca dei Marini (11 km), a magnificent seafaring town perched on a rocky outcrop;
- Positano (23 km), one of the pearls of Italy, set in a marvelous position between steep cliffs and the sea.

Salerno (29 km), Sorrento (38 km), Naples (56 km), Rome (271 km).
