Villa Palmera stands out as an oasis in a vast estate of olive groves and citrus near Castelvetrano. Separated by typical Sicilian dry stone walls from the cultivated grounds, the villa is situated in a central and dominant position over the estate and is surrounded by a large garden with lawn, decorated with palm trees and local plants. The spectacular infinity pool (11x6 mt.) stands immediately below the house and it is an inexhaustible source of fun and cool in the hot Sicilian summers. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and in a quieter location there is also a comfortable gazebo that invites guests to calm and rest. The long Sicilian summer encourages to live outdoor, thus the villa has 2 “Loggiato” overlooking the lawn, one with barbecue used for having meals and the other as a conversation area. The villa has also a private parking for 4 cars.
Villa Palmera is accessed through an entrance that opens into a cozy living room tastefully furnished with fireplace and decorated with warm Mediterranean colors. The environment is bright and airy, thanks to the many French windows that open onto the garden. In the same hall, but in a suitable space and ideally separated from the lounge area, there is the dining area furnished with a dining table for 8 seats placed in a functional way in front of the kitchen. Decorated in a nice country style, the kitchen has a window with a magnificent view of the garden and pool and it is fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven and microwave). The sleeping area consists of 3 cozy double rooms and 1 room with twin beds, all of them with its en suite bathroom.
Included free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.
The villa is located in an enviable position for its beauty and quietness. Here you can breathe the scent of citrus in complete silence without being isolated from the main towns. Villa Palmera is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to spend a wonderful holiday in Sicily nestled in nature but at the same time in a strategic position to visit the coastal resorts or archeological sites so plenty in this area of the island.

Between all towns nearby, Marsala with its salt flats, Monza island with its beautiful greek Giovinetto di Mozia statue and the Florio and Donnafugata winary tours are well worth a visit.
Castelvetrano is the most important city in the Belice Valley which reached its zenith between the XVIII and the XIX century, thanks to important architectural and artistic interventions.

Nature trails lovers will be enchanted by the beauty of the Natural Reserve of Belice in which you can find wetlands rich in flora e fauna along with sandy beaches that slope into a transparent sea. Triscina beach stands out among the others in the reserve for its beauty and extension (6 km), but it is often crowded in summertime.
During the summer it is also nice to spend evenings in the nearby inland villages that every year organize events and entertainments such as Gibellina (6 km) known for “Orestiadi”, an international festival that exhibits and performs many forms of art like music, cinema and theatre.
