Villa Fiorita is a fantastic villa located in the south of Sardinia, benefiting from incredible sea views. The property, despite offering full privacy and peace, belongs to a complex comprising several villas and a sporting centre with tennis courts, football pitches, bowling alley, open-air cinema and a swimming pool (opening soon).

The villa is surrounded by a huge garden of about 2 hectares, with a manicured lawn, pines and Mediterranean plants, where to relax and let the children play. The beach - for the guests’ use only - is at hand thanks to a private access, and it is equipped with dressing room and fridge. Above the changing room, a panoramic terrace towers under the shadow of a lovely verandah: it offers a dining table and some chairs, an evocative backdrop for lunches and dinners.

Villa Fiorita, a stunning house of about 350, has been recently renovated. The building is on two floors - the ground floor and the basement, accessed only from the outside.

Ground floor: past the entrance, the guests are welcomed into a bright, comfortable and big living room, featuring a very nice fireplace. The rooms are spacious and well arranged, so that the guests can enjoy their private sphere. In addition, big balcony doors take from the living room out into the garden. Next to the day area and enjoying ample light thanks to the big window with views of the garden, the dining room is embellished by a long dining table for 8 people; the nearby kitchen is functional and fitted with state-of-the-art appliances.
On the same floor you also find the night area, comprising a master bedroom (with Jacuzzi tub), a second double bedroom, sharing the bathroom with a third twin bedroom - the children’s room (there is a bunk bed) - and a fourth single bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms on this floor open out onto the outside patio and are equipped with air conditioning.

Basement: this floor, conceived as an annex, comprises a pivotal living room, leading into both the single bedroom and the double bedroom with shared bathroom (with shower). Then you find another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (fitted with shower).

Included in the rental price: initial and final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; maintenance of both house and garden.

Villa Fiorita is the perfect choice to relax with families and friends, because it combines privacy, comfort and safety, with the sparkle of social and nightlife. Sport lovers and families with children will have the opportunity to follow their passions and fulfil their holiday dream.

The southern side of Sardinia might be less crowded and famous than the glittering Costa Smeralda, but it is second to nowhere.
Starting from the star of the place - the sea - here you find some of the most beautiful beaches of the world, with crystal clear waters, equal to Caribbean islands, such as Porto Giunco in Villasimius, Su Giudeu in Chia, Cala Domestica in Carbonia, the Tuerredda in Teulada... we can go on forever.
The southern area is composed of 2 parts: the Sulcis and the Iglesiente, which present their guests with many different tourist destinations, just waiting to be unravelled, traditions and amazing cuisine, which has maintained its most authentic essence.
If you like archeology, don’t miss the archaeological village of Nora, located on the tip of the Pula promontory. Families with children will appreciate a visit in one of the dismissed mines around Iglesias/Carbonia, which are often equipped with nice small trains for keeping the little ones as well as their parents entertained. This is an interesting alternative to cool down in the scorching summer.
West of Carbonia, some unusual destinations are the peninsula of Sant' Antioco and San Pietro island, where the locals don’t speak Sardinian, but an antique dialect from Liguria - the "tabarchino" - brought to the island by a densely populated colony of fishermen who settled here.
We must spend some words for Cagliari, the administrative centre of Sardinia and the most important city in the southern part of the island. Cagliari boasts imposing walls, a rich city centre and a fairly important archaeological heritage. It is a pleasant city with many restaurants and clubs scattered in the old town, which play an important role in shaping the city’s nightlife.
