The Figline Estate is composed of a main XVI century Manor House and six classical Tuscan Villas recently restored with utmost attention to every details.
A Renaissance chapel and 2 tennis courts (that can be used by all guests of the estate) complete the estate.
The cottage next to the property can be rented to other customers but the swimming pool remains for the exclusive use of guests of the villa.
Internal description
Villa della Torre is an independent villa, built on 2 levels and characterized by 2 panoramic towers.
On the ground floor there are: a very large entrance hall that gives access to the living area of the villa; French doors open onto a beautiful “loggia” furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco lunches and dinners; a living room with fireplace and an elegant dining room; a traditional Tuscan fully equipped kitchen and a guests’ bathroom.
On the first floor you will find: two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with bathtub; one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and wall shower; one common living room.
In the towers (attic floor) there are: a large double bedroom with a lovely view, a single bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom with large shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The swimming pool is open from 4 May to 12 October. Small/medium sized pets are allowed upon request (with an extra fee). No smoking inside the villa.
Our Opinion
This is a nice villa at only 30 minutes driving from Florence and perfectly located to visit the Chianti area.
Large and comfortable, with a private garden and a private swimming pool, the villa is an excellent accommodation for a family holiday.

Security Deposit: A deposit of 1.000,00 € (to be paid in cash or by credit card as a guarantee) is requested at check-in. It will be returned after check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage caused.

The Estate is located around 1 km from the town of Figline Valdarno, where all the essential amenities (shops, banks, restaurants, post office, and hospital) can be found. The location is particularly convenient as it allows you to reach Florence in 30 minutes (28 km).
