Comfortable apartment located on the third floor (with elevator) of an historic building in the central street of via del Corso, one of Rome's most popular streets for shopping, which links Piazza del Popolo to Piazza Venezia. The apartment can be reached in only a few minutes from the Metro A,(Flaminio and Spagna stations). Many cultural and historical places of interest are within walking distance.

This 85sqm apartment consists of a living room, dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The décor is classic.

Entering the house there is a large hallway furnished with a table and two chairs. The dining room with kitchenette is furnished with a table and four chairs, a large wardrobe, coffee table and a sofa.
The kitchenette is small but functional: it is equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people.

The living room is furnished with two armchairs, a sofa bed (160cm x 190cm) and a comfortable chaise longue, TV, coffee tables and several carpets. In the living room there is also a chimney (not usable) with two small armchairs.
The night area is composed of a bedroom, furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm) and two bedside tables, and a large bathroom is large with shower cabin and washing machine. You can enter the bathroom both from the bedroom and the dining room.
The apartment boasts a wonderful frescoed ceiling.

The house is equipped with an air conditioning system in the living area and in the bedroom.
The heating is electric and central.

The apartment is located in a pedestrian area: cars and motorcycles are not allowed in the area of the "Trident" (Via del Corso, Via del Babuino and Via Ripetta, which start from Piazza del Popolo).
Either way, in the vicinity of the apartment you can park for free in the presence of white stripes, or against payment in case of blue strips only when the ZTL (limited area to traffic) timetable permits the entrance to the area of the municipality of Rome, from 18:00 to 23:00 from Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays all day unless changes for extraordinary reasons have been applied.

The apartment is located in via del Corso, in the heart of Rome, and it has views of the Mausoleum of Augustus, an impressive funerary monument with circular plan of the first century b.C.
Next to it is the Museum of the Ara Pacis, one of the finest examples of classical art in Rome: it was built in the 13 b.C. to honor the return of the emperor Augustus from his military campaigns and is dedicated to ‘Pax’, the Roman Goddess of Peace.
Great personalities like poets Keats and Shelley, Johann Wolfgang Goethe and Federico Fellini lived in this neighbourhood.
Lovers of shopping will not be dissatisfied, as all the big luxury brands are found in these streets.

Places to visit in the neighbourhood:
- The Spanish Steps, the setting offered by the ocher-colored buildings, the Bernini fountain and the staircase on which stands the church Trinita dei Monti help to create an 18th-century atmosphere
- Sciarra Gallery, located in the courtyard of the palace, which links via Minghetti to Piazza dell'Oratorio
- French Academy - Villa Medici, which dates back to the mid-16th century; the project was created by the architect Giovanni Lippi
- Fountain of the Four Rivers
- Goethe House, where from 1786 to 1788 the German poet Johann Wolfgang Goethe lived
- Keats-Shelley House
- Via Margutta, the famous art street in the capital at the foot of the Pincio
- Fontana del Babuino
- Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina

Some of the most beautiful squares of Rome are within walking distance of Via del Corso: Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Pietra, Piazza Navona, and much more.
You can not miss Via Veneto, home to the 'Dolce Vita' in the 60s: here you can spend a pleasant evening in one of the many sophisticated restaurants of the area.
