On the right of the entrance door you will find: a large antique styled living room with a comfortable sofa for 3 people, two armchairs, flat screen 40'' LED TV, decorative fireplace and balcony overlooking Via della Vigna Nuova with double glazed French doors that connects to a balcony. Connected to the living room there is a stylish tea room, that is again connected to the magnificent dining room with large antique table with 8 seats. Always on this side of the house at the end of the corridor there is a bathroom for guests with two sinks and w.c. Directly in front of the entrance door there is a studio that is completely furnished with antiques.
On the left of the entrance there is a hallway with cupboards leading to a well equipped kitchen. From here you can access the laundry area with washer and dryer, a bathroom with just w.c. and sink. Following the corridor you will find a stair case that bring to the upper level. If you still continue following the corridor you will reach a cozy and large bathroom with both bathtub and shower box with 2 sinks. Continuing on this level, following the corridor again, there is a large bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), that is also connected to the second bedroom (which is the master bedroom and is about 50 sq.mt) always with a double bed (180x200cm), that has a radio can be activated directly from the bed and flat screen TV 32 ''. If you go back to the stairs that go to the upper floor you will climb 16 steps and discover 2 bathrooms, both with showers and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200cm) and one with two single beds (90x200cm each). All of this level has a ceiling height of approximately 2.00 mt. On the lower level the apartment has high ceilings, unique chandeliers and colorful moquettes.

The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, just around the corner from Via Tornabuoni on Via della Vigna Nuova, considered two of the most prestigious and elegant streets in Florence famous for their elegant boutiques such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and not to mention Cavalli. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Piazza Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce and the main tourist sites and monuments such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Pontevecchio and Palazzo Vecchio.
The Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
This property for rent is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay, and amenity kits with soaps etc. are strictly prohibited.
