This lovely apartment of about 60sqm, on the second floor of an historic building with elevator, is located in the residential neighborhood Tuscolano, only a few steps from San Giovanni area and several tourist attractions of the city.

The apartment is situated in a quiet environment and consists of an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment has been decorated in a particular style, Bohemian, and some walls and cabinets are covered with fabric.
The house opens onto a small hallway which leads into the living room, a large room furnished with a sofa bed (160cm x 190cm), a TV corner and table with four chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people and a table with two chairs. Moreover, you will find storage room.
The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm) and a wardrobe, it is also very bright thanks to two windows that overlook the inner courtyard.
The large bathroom has a bathtub and shower cabin.

The apartment is serviced with air conditioning system.

Close to the apartment, there are the following metro stops:
- Metro A, stop Re Di Roma: 5-minute walk (550 m)
- Metro A, stop San Giovanni: 10-minute walk (700 m)
With public transport, you can also reach these attractions:
- St. Peter's Square: metro stop Ottaviano (25 minutes)
- Piazza del Popolo: metro stop Flaminio (20 minutes)
- Colosseum: you can reach it by walk, in around 30 minutes (2,5km)

In this area, there are free parking spaces (white stripes) and payment parking spaces (blue stripes).

The neighborhood Tuscolano is located in the southeast of Rome, close to the Aurelian walls and is amongst the first 15 neighborhoods born in 1911 and officially established in 1921.
The neighborhood takes its name from Via Tuscolana, the ancient medieval road that takes you from Porta San Giovanni in Rome to the Castelli Romani, in Tusculum (that today is called Frascati). Today via Tuscolana runs parallel to the Via Appia, from Piazza Sulmona to the town of Macere (Artena).
The Tuscolano is also popular because of the famous Cinecittà film studios, the most important production center of the film industry and also for Cinecittà Due shopping center, which was the first ever built in Rome.
A few steps from the apartment, you will also find the street market of Via Orvietto.
The area is full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
