Bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in a stately building with a garden in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the M1 and M2 metro station.

This 130 sq. mt. apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator has large rooms and fine finishes. Entering you immediately find the living area, characterized by a living room and dining area.
The living area is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a large TV with speakers and music system, a bookcase, and a table for 6. From here you can access a small service corridor.

The open floor plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a small additional refrigerator to keep your drinks cool.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area, which has 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), a bathroom, and a closet.
The first room is a double bedroom set up with a spacious wardrobe, and overlooks the communal garden. The en-suite bathroom is very elegant and has a bathtub.

The second bathroom follows and is equipped with a large shower.

A second bedroom is set up with 2 single beds that can be joined together and a large wardrobe.

There is an air conditioning system throughout the house.

There is also a beautiful communal garden with a barbeque and children’s play area.

The nearest parking lot is the Garage Sansovino, on Via Sansovino 23, about 300 meters from the apartment.
