Elegant and charming apartment on the top floor located in the heart of Milan right in front of the Teatro Piccolo di Brera.

This apartment on the top and 6th floor (with elevator) of about 55 sq. mt. is bright, quiet, and is characterized by exposed wooden beams and its circular shape. In contrast to the exposed beams of the house is the gray cube inside which you will find the bathroom. It helps develop the space and defines the apartment’s architectural lines.

The apartment is also equipped with double glazed windows and an air conditioning system in all rooms. The apartment opens up onto an entrance that leads to the living area with a single sofa bed, a TV area, a table for 4 guests, and a bookcase.

From the living area, you can access the fully equipped kitchen that has a dishwasher and a microwave.

From the kitchen, you can access the sleeping area furnished with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a study space, and a small balcony from which you can see the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova.

Completing the apartment is the bathroom with a toilet and large walk-in shower.

The flooring is in resin.

The apartment is located in Brera, one of the most fashionable districts in Milan, which is renowned for the artistic atmosphere, its quaint alleyways closed to car traffic and the many restaurants and cafés.
In the vicinity you find Brera Art Gallery (Pinacoteca di Brera) and Milan city centre, home to the Duomo and La Scala Theatre.

It is a strategic location that allows reaching the city’s main places of interest in a short time, such as:
- Parco Sempione, where you can indulge in a race or spend a lazy afternoon and the Castello Sforzesco, one of the largest castles in Europe and one of the symbols of Milan;
