This spacious and cozy one-bedroom apartment is located in Viale di Porta Ardeatina, residential street close to the Ancient Walls of Rome in the San Saba neighbourhood outside the walls. The Ostiense station, where the Leonardo Express from Fiumicino Airport stops, is within walking distance and the historic centre of Rome can be easily reached by the subway B, (stop: Piramide) that you can reach on foot.The area is ideal to reach all the major points of interest of the city with just a few minutes. A cozy and comfortable one bedroom apartment for a short or long term stay in Rome.

The apartment is about 60 square meters and is located on the ground floor with views of an interior courtyard. Bright and quiet, it is composed of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Entering the house there is a hallway furnished with a dresser. The living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a sofa bed (160cm x 190cm) and a TV corner. At the end of the hallway on your right there is a chest of drawers and a clothes hanger, and the bedroom has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a large fitted wardrobe and two bedside tables. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery for 6 people; a comfortable table with four chairs and a small television complete the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and the washing machine is in the bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom.

Free parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the apartment (within white lines). Alternatively, there are also some paid parking spaces (within blue lines).

This apartment is located in a neighbourhood in front of Aurelian Walls, at the edge of the archaeological Baths of Caracalla, Circus Maximus and Palatine. It borders with the Ostiense neighbourhood and is a short walk from the Testaccio neighbourhood. The real heart of San Saba is the Piazza Bernini, a Park where there you can find benches, two fountains, the monument to the fallen in the Great War and the market in the morning. The FAO (United Nations Head office in Rome) is located between Via delle Terme di Caracalla and Viale Aventino and is easily reachable on foot from the apartment. For sport lovers, there is the Stadio delle Terme di Caracalla (open 08:30 to 20:00) in Largo Vittime dei Terroristi. In the vicinity, you can also find the Circus Maximus, an ancient Roman circus dedicated to horse racing and located in the valley between the Palatine and Aventine, open 24 hours a 24, also home to concerts and shows. Every Saturday and Sunday (Sunday: 09:00 to 16:00 - Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00) in Via San Teodoro there is the Country Market Amica del Lazio, where the products for sale are grown directly from the manufacturers. They also offer wine tasting, restoration and social-cultural events. Do not miss the nearby Ostiense neighbourhood, where Via del Porto Fluviale has now become a street full of places to have dinner, a drink or enjoy an ice cream; La Dogana is a Japanese and Chinese restaurant, Seacook, Restaurant Via del Porto Fluviale, open daily from 10:30 am to 2 am (Friday and Saturday until 3 am) and La Romana in Via Ostiense, for homemade ice cream, cakes and pastries.
For those who want to spend the day at the seaside, the Ostia Lido train station is located 10 minutes away from the apartment.
