Quiet 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms in the heart of Milan, 1 km from the Duomo and San Babila.

This apartment of about 85 sq. mt. is on the 2nd floor with elevator and is very quiet. It has views of the internal garden and double-glazed windows. It was renovated and refurbished at the end of 2019 by the Zeev Dunitz architecture studio and is air-conditioned in all rooms.
The apartment opens onto the living area with a foldaway kitchenette, a table for 5, an L- shaped sofa that can be turned into a double bed (220 cm x 140 cm), a TV area, and a bookcase with a work area. The living area leads on one side to a bathroom with bathtub and on the other side to the sleeping area which is made up of a bedroom with 2 single beds and an 8-door wardrobe as well as a double bedroom with 2 double doored wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom opens onto an anteroom equipped with shoe rack, chest of drawers, and closet. The flooring is in laminate while the bathrooms are in stoneware and Bisazza mosaics.

The Corso di Porta Vittoria area, located in the heart of Milan, is a very elegant and refined area, well served by public transportation and close to the main places of interest:
- Piazza San Babila and the Duomo of Milan (symbol of the Lombard capital) are about 1 km away;
- Piazza della Scala, home of the famous Teatro alla Scala;
- Palazzo Reale and the Museo del Novecento, locations of various exhibitions and permanent and temporary exhibitions;
- Rotonda della Besana, a late baroque complex consisting of a suggestive portico and a
church now deconsecrated and used as an exhibition space for fairs and cultural events, including the Muba (children's museum);
- Villa Necchi Campiglio, a real jewel of style and elegance in the heart of the city surrounded by a delightful garden that is always open, where you can stand in the shade of the great magnolias;
- The Italian Institute of the Blind, which offers a unique experience: Dialogue in the Dark: an experiential journey characterized by the total absence of light and where visitors, in order to explore the environments, are forced to abandon their sight relying exclusively on the other senses;
- The fashion district (between Via Montenapoleone, Via Manzoni, Via della Spiga and

Public transportation
The apartment is located near the San Babila metro station (Metro line MM1 - red). Piazza Duomo is only 15 minutes away on foot.
Nearby there are also the tram stops 12 and 27 that cross the historic city center and buses 54, 60, 65, 73, 84, and 94. Line 73 connects with Linate airport in about 30 minutes, while line 60 leads to the Central Station in just over 20 minutes.
