The apartment is located in a residential street, only 150 meters from the Turro metro stop (red line), immersed in the district that winds north along the banks of the Martesana Canal and borders NoLo (North Loreto) to the south, the former casbah district which has become a creative neighborhood.
There are many green areas near the apartment.
- The Martesana Park, named Park to the Martyrs of Freedom, Iraqi Victims of Terrorism, is one of the most popular destinations for locals and foreigners alike. There are immense green areas bathed by the waters of the Naviglio with well preserved flora and fauna, picnic areas, children's playground, and 4 areas reserved for dogs. Inside there is an amphitheater, one of the most characteristic places in the park that hosts sporting and cultural initiatives. Cascina Martesana, also immersed in the park, is a multi-purpose space that has become a reference point for the area and for the entire city as a place of culture, socialization, refreshment, and relaxation, both day and night. Along the canal there is also the Martesana bike path, a scenic route of about 30 km that goes from Via Melchiorre Gioia to Cassano d’Adda.
- Villa Finzi Park, near the Naviglio, is considered the English garden of Milan
- The Trotter Park, a former riding track that houses the historic buildings of the schools that run it, which can be visited during the day until sunset

There are also many restaurants, bars and clubs in the area:
- Mykonos, Hellenic trattoria with blue windows and stone columns, overlooking the canal
- Mamma Farina, yeast-free pizza and homemade pasta in a modern restaurant
- Ragoo, historic locale and one of the most appreciated in the area for an aperitif or as a disco bar until late at night, with a summer garden.
