Cozy, spacious and bright two-bedroom 120sqm apartment in the Appio Latino neighbourhood, in the south-east of Rome.

This apartment, with its colorful walls and authenticity, is located on the fourth floor (no elevator, 77 steps) in a condo with a large internal garden. The metro station A San Giovanni can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the wonderful Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.

The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Entering the house you will be welcomed by a large hallway furnished with a mirror and period furniture, and from this entrance you can access all the other rooms. The living room furnished with a sofa bed (145cm x 190cm), a wardrobe, a desk, and period furniture, a large library with a TV corner and a round table with four chairs.
The kitchen is very large and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people. In the center of the kitchen there is also a table with four chairs.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two nightstands, a large wardrobe, a chair and a chest of drawers, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with sanitary ware, bathtub with hand-held shower and a washing machine.

The bathroom and kitchen have original (60s) tiles and pavements.

The house is equipped with an air-conditioning system in the master bedroom.

In the area you find both free parking (within white lines) and paid parking (within blue lines).

The Appio Latino neighhbourhood is located in the south-eastern part of the city, it develops from the Aurelian Walls to the Appia Antica, Via di Cecilia Metella to the Appia Nuova; Includes part of the Archaeological Park of Appia Antica and the whole Caffarella Valley. The neighborhood is commonly known as San Giovanni, a charming part of Rome rich in stunning churches, cathedrals and ruins. The big square the district is named after is one of the most important ones in Rome, and it still offers many architecture styles dating back to different periods.
The Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the greatest of the four papal basilicas, is not only the oldest cathedral of Rome, but it was also the first church in the West.

San Giovanni neighbourhood offers many supermarkets and restaurants, and there are plenty of bars and clubs where to spend a pleasant evening.
Via Appia is the beating heart of shopping, whilst in San Giovanni square you find the famous Via Sannio street market (every day, mon-sat), where you can buy clothes of every shape and colour, including second-hand and vintage pieces.
San Giovanni is very close to the city center and is an authentic neighbourhood where residents mingle with tourists staying in Rome for work purposes or vacation. COIN, one of the most important Italian department stores for clothing, home decoration, children, accessories, underwear, perfumery and beauty, is located in the proximity of the apartment.
