Renovated in June 2014, spacious and bright three bedroom apartment of about 140 on the 2nd floor (with elevator), in the elegant Parioli district.

The apartment is fitted with air conditioning (anywhere but in the kitchen and in the bathrooms).
Guests are welcomed into a foyer furnished with a two-seater sofa; then you reach the living room, which comes with a sofa and a 42” TV with Sky bundle. From the sitting room you enter the dining room, with an elegant 6-seater table embellished by a marble countertop.

The corridor connects the three bedrooms: the first one, that backs onto the inner part of the building, is the smallest and comes with a single bed; the second one has a double bed (160cm x 190cm) and a big wardrobe; the third one is fitted with another double bed (160cm x 190cm), a wardrobe and a TV set. The third bedroom is connected to another room, furnished with a sofa bed for two people, which can also be used as walk-in closet or study.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with tub and shower, and the other with basin, wc and washing machine.
The kitchen, small but well equipped, comes with dishwasher, microwave and a table for 4 people.

Parioli, the second district in Rome, is reckoned as its most precious area. Located north to the city centre and close to the Tiber river, it was conceived for the upper-middle class, originally for the leaders of the Fascist regime. Now it is home to many embassies and is famous for the quiet and refined atmosphere.

The main sights are viale dei Parioli, a long tree-lined boulevard stretching from piazza Ungheria to Villa Glori and Acqua Acetosa, the rectangular-shaped Piazza delle Muse offering ample views of the suburbs north to Rome city centre, via di San Valentino, where Audrey Hepburn used to live, the Mosque and the ‘Parco della Musica’ concert hall (‘Music Palace’).

Public transport
From Piazza Ungheria to Viale Liegi: tramways n° 2,3,19 ; bus lines n° 233,360,N11

The apartment has the advantage not to be comprised into the Limited Traffic Area (ZTL). You can park on the street either within white lines (free parking) or within blue lines (paid parking).
