The Metro line A (Ponte Lungo station) is a 14-minute walk away.

This 120sqm apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and consists of a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and balconies.

Entering the house you are greeted by a large hallway with a wardrobe with mirrored doors and the living room. The living room is furnished with a table with six chairs, a sofa bed (145cm x 190cm), TV corner, and a few complementary furnishings. A beautiful blue wall makes this large living room very welcoming.

The area Appio Latino develops from the Aurelian Walls to the Appia Antica, Via Appia Nuova and Cecilia Metella. It includes part of the Archaeological Park of Appia Antica and the entire Valley of the Caffarella. In 268 BC, the Appia was extended to Benevento and in 191 BC to Brindisi, the main port for Greece and for the East and was the main street of the Mediterranean world.
The park of Appia Antica Park is a "green space" for the neighbourhoods Appio Latino and San Giovanni. Appio Latino is a fairly central neighbourhood and is well connected to the various parts of the city and is very rich in services like restaurants, pubs, cinemas, gyms and shops and has a huge park, Parco della Caffarella, where people can do outdoor activities.
Do not miss the new mall "Happio" in Via Appia 448, with over 30 shops and restaurants (open daily, from 9am to 9pm, restaurants 10am - 12am, from Monday to Sunday).

A few steps away is Piazza Zama which has a terminal for the local public transport.
Via Appia is the beating heart of shopping, whilst in San Giovanni square you find the famous Via Sannio street market (every day, Mon-Sat), where you can buy clothes of every shape and colour, including second-hand and vintage pieces.
