Refined and elegant 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) in an exclusive context with concierge, parking space, and shared swimming pool. This modern residential complex is highly energy efficient and is located just a short distance from the historic city center.

This 70 sq. mt. apartment opens onto the living area, made up of a bright and welcoming living room with open floor plan kitchen, and access to a large furnished balcony for dining outdoors in the warmer months. The relaxation area includes a comfortable sofa, a 40”' TV, and a dining table for 4 guests. The open floor plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Elegantly finished with a stone counter, the kitchen is equipped with induction burners, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and electric oven.

The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers, an armchair, and a large 6-door wardrobe. The guest bedroom is equipped with a single bed (80 x 200 cm), which can be converted into a double bed if necessary, and a double door wardrobe. Both bedrooms are soundproofed and guarantee a peaceful stay. The bathroom is elegantly finished and has a shower with glass doors.

The apartment was finished in August 2019 and is furnished with modern, custom-made furniture, and fine finishes such as anti-noise windows, energy class A, latest generation home automation, air conditioning in all rooms, and programmable independent heating. Materials such as wood and steel create an extremely current environment, ideal for relaxing after a day of work or exploring the city. There is a fast fiber optic internet connection present in the apartment.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.

Tourist Tax:
Guests are required to pay a tourist tax that is not included in the price. The fee varies from €3.00 to € 5.00 per person per night depending on the value of the booking. It is applied only to the first 5 nights.

The apartment has a covered parking space, with access from Via Donato Creti.
Parking within the blue lines is free from 20:00 to 8:00. During the day you can buy a daily ticket for € 6 or pay for parking according to the hourly rate.

Public transportation
- Bus 35 (right under the apartment) to get to the train station and the historic city center.
In Piazza dell’Unità you can take several bus lines that take you to the various areas of central Bologna.

Driving in the center of Bologna
We remind guests that access to the historic city center is limited by a ZTL.The Municipality admits entry by car to the center only for 3 days in the course of a month or for 4 consecutive days. Access is guaranteed by a daily ticket (€ 6) which can be purchased at the TPer point located on Via Marconi 4, on the corner of Via Lame, at Carrefour supermarkets, or at the tobacco shop next to the Basilica of San Petronio.

The apartment is located in a strategic position as it is close to the historic city center (reachable in a few minutes on foot or in a couple of bus stops), a stone’s throw from the Fiera di Bologna and convenient for taking the ring road. The area also has many shops such as the Minganti shopping center, which is located right in front of the property, where there is a supermarket, a gym, and various commercial activities. Along Via Donato Creti and Stalingrado, there are also several restaurants (steakhouses, gourmet restaurants, trattorias), bars and pubs. In the immediate vicinity of the condominium there is a newsagent, a pharmacy, banks, and the post office.
