Comfortable and cozy apartment in the San Giovanni neighbourhood (south-east of the city), not far from the metro A (stop: Re di Roma).

The apartment is located in a neighbourhood full of wonderful churches and cathedrals; it is very close to the city centre and for this reason you can reach almost any strategic area of interest on foot or with public transport.

This 55sqm apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator) and consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Entering the house you will find the living room with kitchenette, furnished with a sofa, five armchairs, a TV corner and a dining table with four chairs.
The kitchenette is furnished with a large closet with sliding doors where the crockery is stowed away and is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people.

From the living room you enter the first bedroom, which is furnished with a sofa bed (145cm x 190cm), a desk with two chairs and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two nightstands, an armchair and a dresser.
In the hallway before the master bedroom there is a large walk-in closet and a storage room where the washing machine is located.

In the area you will find both free parking (within white lines) and paid parking (within blue lines).

- Metro line A: stops Re di Roma / San Giovanni
- In the vicinity, trams no. 3-8 and several bus lines
- Termini station: reachable via metro A (3 stops)
- Vatican: reachable via metro A (8 stops to Ottaviano).
- Colosseum: reachable by tramways 3, 8 / via metro A to Termini, then change and take line B
- Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport: approx. 45 minutes by taxi.

The apartment is located in San Giovanni neighbourhood, a charming area of Rome rich in stunning churches, cathedrals and ruins. The area is named after The Basilica of San Giovanni and is one of the most important ones in Rome, which still offers many architectural styles dating back to different periods.
San Giovanni in Laterano, the greatest of the four papal basilicas, is not only the oldest cathedral of Rome, but it was also the first church in the west.

San Giovanni neighbourhood offers many supermarkets and restaurants, and there are plenty of bars and clubs where to spend a pleasant evening.
Via Appia is the beating heart of shopping, whilst in San Giovanni square you find the famous Via Sannio street market (every day, mon-sat), where you can buy clothes of every shape and colour, including second-hand and vintage pieces.
