The apartment, small in size but very functional, opens onto a single elegant environment that serves as a living and sleeping area, with frescoed walls and exposed ceiling beams. It is furnished with a French sofa bed (140x190cm), a coffee table with TV and a folding table for two people. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with two induction hobs, fridge and microwave.
The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
The floors in the living / sleeping area are in parquet while in the bathroom they are in marble.

Two garages are located in Via Pontaccio and in Via San Marco, just 300 mt away from the apartment.

The apartment is located in one of the main venues of the Brera district, in the heart of Milan, just a few steps away from the Parco Sempione and the Castello Sforzesco. The Brera neighbourhood is an excellent mix between history and modernity, tradition and innovation. Via Brera is famous for its art gallery, a national gallery of ancient and modern art, the Academy of Fine Arts and, mostly for the Brera Botanic Gardens. Boutiques of interior design and fine cafés are also typical of the district;
It is a very strategic location because all city’s main points of interest are within easy reach. In particular, the following places are reachable with a short walk or by public transport:
