This apartment of about 50 sq. mt. is located on the mezzanine floor and is very quiet since the apartmnet overlooks the internal side of the building. The flooring is in parquet. The air conditioning system and double glazed windows are present throughout the entire apartment.
The apartment opens onto the living area with open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and an extendable table for 4 guests. In the living area there is a single sofa bed, and a TV area.
The sleeping area includes a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom complete with a wardrobe with 2 sliding doors.

The nearest parking garage is located on Via Restelli, a short walk from the apartment.
