External Description:
Located on the first floor, with elevator of a building located on Via dei Federighi, which is just a few steps from the famous Via Tornabuoni, Piazza della Repubblica and all the most beautiful museums and monuments of the city. The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center near museums, shops, and restaurants.

Internal Description:
Recently renovated mdern and quiet apartment (100 m2 / 1076 sq ft) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with showers. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to the addition of a double sofa bed.
The entrance leads right to the well-equipped kitchen with a 4 burner gas stove, large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary amenities for cooking.
Continuing along the corridor there is a modern living room with dining area (table for 6), comfortable sofa bed (width 160 cm) and 40 '' flat screen TV. A french door on the left gives you access to a small terrace facing the internal courtyard.
The living room then leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the right side of the corridor there is the first bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined together - width of each mattress 90 cm) with closet. Next to this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower which is not ensuite.
The corridor finally ends in a large antichamber, that is excellent as a utility room since it's equipped with a large wardrobe, which gives access to the second full bathroom with shower (not ensuite), and the second bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined together - width of each mattress 90 cm) with closet. This bedroom opens onto a second small terrace through a french door.

Ideal apartment for short or long-term rentals thanks to its modern comforts and also thanks to the great location in the center of Florence. Its modern style makes it perfect for those looking for pure comfort.

Not included in the price: Tourist tax of 4,00€ per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights (for information regarding exemptions and reductions, see our F.A.Q. Page); utilities of water, electricity, and gas (for rentals over 30 days) if exceeding € 70.00.

Security deposit: For stays equal to or lesser than 15 days, all clients will have to grant € 300.00 with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in for a pre-authorization. For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests will have to pay €1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. For rentals over 30 days, special conditions apply.

The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, just around the corner from Via Tornabuoni on Via della Vigna Nuova, considered two of the most prestigious and elegant streets in Florence famous for their elegant boutiques such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and not to mention Cavalli. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Piazza Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce and the main tourist sites and monuments such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Pontevecchio and Palazzo Vecchio.

The Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

This property for rent is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay, and amenity kits with soaps etc. are strictly prohibited.
