Restyled at the beginning of 2019, this large studio apartment is located between the Sant’Agostino (green line) and Conciliazione (red line) metro stops.

This studio of about 55 sq. mt. is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), and is very bright and quiet, thanks to the double glazed windows.
The apartment opens onto an entrance area that includes a spacious wardrobe with 11 doors and an armchair. The entrance is connected to the living area which includes a round table for 4 guests, a sofa bed (175 cm x 135 cm), a French double bed (195 cm x 140 cm), a TV area, and a study table for 2. A wooden sliding door separates the living area from the kitchen which is equipped with a microwave, utensils, and flatware.
The apartment also includes a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The flooring is in marble and there is air conditioning.

**A city tourist tax will be applied. Cost per person per night: 3€, for maximum 14 nights.

The nearest parking area is located on Via dei Grimani 13, about 300 meters from the apartment.

Public transportation:
The apartment is located about 1 km from the two metro stations Sant'Agostino (line MM2 - green) and Wagner (line MM1 - red). The proximity to the two lines makes the position of this apartment very strategic. Taking the green line, it is possible to reach the stations of Milan Cadorna, Porta Garibaldi, Centrale, and Lambrate, while the red line is ideal to go downtown (stops : Cairoli / Cordusio / Duomo).
Bus stops 50, 58, and 68 are also within 250 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is located on Via Egadi, near the Washington neighborhood. Being equidistant from two metro stations, the apartment enjoys a strategic location that allows you to reach the main places of interest in just a short time.
Some examples of what is within very easy reach, either on foot or by public transports:
- Santa Maria delle Grazie church, which houses the famous Leonardo Da Vinci's ‘Cenacolo’, depicting the Last Supper of Jesus and the Apostles;
- the Science and Technology Museum, located steps from Sant’Ambrogio subway station;

- Casa Verdi, a historic nursing home for musicians where Giuseppe Verdi's crypt is located, together with his personal belongings and art collections;
- the MUDEC - ‘Museo delle Culture’ (Museum of Cultures), with its many spaces providing a rich cultural offer and several different services, such as permanent exhibitions, temporary shows, conference rooms and laboratories for adults and children, arranged on 17,000;
- Porta Genova/Navigli district, doubtless one of the liveliest and most exciting districts of the city, thanks to the incredible array of restaurants, clubs and trendy cocktail bars;
- the ‘Colonne di San Lorenzo’ (San Lorenzo columns), the famous square in Milan, which comes to life at nighttime. Especially during summer months, the square is filled with people, attracted by its countless entertainment opportunities.
