The apartment has a living area which acts both as living room and dining room.The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a TV corner and a fully equipped bookshelf, and you can also find a table (extendable) with four chairs that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The living room opens onto a balcony.
The kitchen is complete with a table for 3 people and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove top, washing machine, crockery and cutlery for six people. The bedroom has a double bed (145cm x 190cm), chest of drawers and two bedside tables and a spacious walk-in closet.
The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower cabin.

The apartment is located in the Appio Latino district, not too far from Rome city centre.
Here you can visit the famous Villa Lazzaroni, a farm transformed into an elegant noble palace at the end of the XIX century. Nowadays it still offers plenty of olive trees, living traces of the its history, bay trees and an almost 130 year-old almond tree.
The district develops along Via Appia Nuova, which starts at Porta San Giovanni, close to San Giovanni in Laterano Basilica. The area is very well served by public transports - not only bus lines, but first and foremost the A subway line, which follows the Via Appia itself.
In 5 stops (Colli Albani, Furio Camillo, Ponte Lungo, Re di Roma and San Giovanni), you easily reach the most important points of interest located along the road.
From Piazzale Appio up to Largo dei Colli Albani, on both sides of the street, you find plenty of shops and malls: for this reason, Via Appia is reckoned as the most important shopping street in Rome, besides the city centre.
Do not miss the new mall "Happio" in Via Appia 448, with over 30 shops and restaurants (open daily, from 09.00 to 21.00, restaurants 10.00 - 24.00, always from Monday to Sunday).
