Delightful 35 sqm studio in the Parioli neighbourhood, not far from the historic centre of Rome, with lots of green and known to be amongst the most elegant in Rome. Convenient for reaching the Acetosa sport facility, the Luiss University, the Auditorium designed by Renzo Piano or the Mosque and the Islamic Cultural Centre of Rome.

This 35sqm studio is located on the second floor with an elevator, and is composed of a single room with a kitchenette.
The room is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables, a large wardrobe, shelves, an armchair and a corner with a TV.
The kitchenette features two refrigerators, a larger one and a smaller one, stove, electric oven, kettle, crockery and cutlery for six people. A table with four chairs completes the study.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is complete of bathroom fixtures; the washing machine is also located in the bathroom.

In this area, there are free parking spaces (white stripes) and payment parking spaces (blue stripes).

Public transport
The Parioli neighbourhood is not covered by the Rome Metro network.
There is several public transport that you can take to reach all the areas of Rome.

The Parioli neighbourhood is a residential area between Via Flaminia and Via Salaria, with Viale Marshall Pilsudski, Viale dei Parioli, Piazza Ungheria and Viale Liegi, which extends to the Tiber and thus also includes Villa Ada and Monte Antenne, the area of Acqua Acetosa, Villa Glori and the Olympic Village. In this area there is the Parco della Rimembranza, the Acetosa water park where part of the sporting facilities of the 1960 Olympics were created, the old pigeon shooting under Piazzale delle Muse and part of the neighboring park of Villa Ada. There is also the private University of Luiss and a series of highly specialized private medical centers. There is the Auditorium designed by Renzo Piano. In the Monte Antenne area, there is the Mosque and the Islamic Cultural Center, designed by the architect Paolo Portoghesi, which has become the largest Islamic centre in Europe. The heart of the neighbourhood is made up of Piazza Ungheria and Piazza Euclide, whose fashionable bars since the 60s began to compete with the Dolce Vita of Via Veneto. The most beautiful part is that of Piazza Euclide, where there are very sought-after ancient buildings.The Quisisana nursing home is just a few steps from Via Alberto Caroncini.
Viale Parioli is full of shops, markets, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
