1 bedroom apartment for 3 guests totally renovated and redecorated, in a residential area a short walk from the Bande Nere metro station (MM1 line - red), in a very quiet and green area.

This 65 sq. mt. 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and is very bright and quiet. It is equipped with double glazed windows and air conditioning in all rooms. Despite being in the city, the neighborhood is a green oasis, inhabited by squirrels, woodpeckers, and the only sounds you can hear are the chirping of birds.

The apartment opens onto the living area furnished with a single sofa bed (190 cm x 140 cm), an extendable table for 4 guests, a TV area, a fully equipped, open floor plan kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The living area leads to a large balcony with a table and 2 deck chairs.
The sleeping area has a bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine and a double bedroom with a wardrobe with 2 sliding doors.

The flooring is in oak parquet.

The apartment is located in a very well connected area with the main places of interest in the city. It is in fact a short distance from the Bande Nere metro station (MM1 line - red), ideal for easy access to the center of Milan.
Within a radius of 250 m, you can also find bus stops for lines 50, 58, and 64.

The area around ​​Via Arzaga is very well served to get to the city center and the main places of interest. It is located in the west of Milan, a short distance from the San Siro Stadium and the Old Fair of Milan, and thanks to its strategic position, you can easily reach the following destinations on foot or by public transportation:
- the Milan Cathedral, symbol of the city, and Piazza della Scala, which is also home to the famous theater;
- the Royal Palace and the Museo del Novecento, which host various permanent and temporary exhibitions and shows throughout the year;
