The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (160cm x 190cm), bedside tables , drawers and wardrobes.

The bathroom has a shower cabin and is complete of bathroom fixtures.

The washing machine is located in the bathroom.

The apartment has a useful closet.

In this area, there are free parking spaces (white stripes) and payment parking spaces (blue stripes).

By public transport it is also possible to reach:
- Piazza San Pietro: metro A, Ottaviano station (25 minutes)
- Piazza di Spagna: metro A, station Piazza di Spagna (18 minutes)
- Termini Station: metro A, 12 minutes
- Pyramid Metro A can be reached with the bus line n. 77 (departure every 12 minutes)

The apartment is located in the Appio Latino neighbourhood, not too far from Rome city centre.
Here you can visit the famous Villa Lazzaroni, a farm transformed into an elegant noble palace at the end of the XIX century. Nowadays it still offers plenty of olive trees, living traces of the its history, bay trees and an almost 130 year-old almond tree.
The neighbourhood develops along Via Appia Nuova, which starts at Porta San Giovanni, close to San Giovanni in Laterano Basilica. The area is very well served by public transport - not only bus lines, but first and foremost the subway line A, which follows the Via Appia itself.
In 5 stops (Colli Albani, Furio Camillo, Ponte Lungo, Re di Roma and San Giovanni), you easily reach the most important points of interest located along the Via Appia.
From Piazzale Appio up to Largo dei Colli Albani, on both sides of the street, you find plenty of shops and malls: for this reason, Via Appia is considered as the most important shopping street in Rome, outside the city centre.
Do not miss the new mall "Happio" in Via Appia 448, with over 30 shops and restaurants (open daily, from 9am to 9pm, restaurants 10am to 12am, always from Monday to Sunday).

Bar and pastry shop Valentini, strategic position, on the corner of Piazza Tuscolo with outdoor tables, ideal for breakfast, lunch and happy hour.

Istituto Luce, better known as Cinecittà Studios, is one of the leading companies in the Italian film industry and can be reached within 22 minutes by metro from the apartment.
