Cozy one bedroom 55 sqm apartment located on the fifth floor of an historic building of the '20s in the Salario neighbourhood just a few minutes away from Porta Pia, Villa Borghese and the covered market in Piazza Alessandria. The metro B (Castro Pretorio station) is within walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The special feature of this apartment is that it has a railing, which makes it a a type of housing where more apartments share the same balcony or terrace. This balcony or terrace provides the access to the individual units.

- Piazza Alessandria market, located in a historical building dating back to the period of king Umberto I (1926), which showcases precious wrought-iron doors. Although some of the oldest stalls have gone, the market still attracts local people and tourists alike;
- the prestigious factory of ‘Peroni Beer’ in Porta Pia, which has undergone careful renovations thus remaining a landmark of the former industrial area;
- Santa Maria della Mercede and Sant'Adriano church;
- MACRO Museo d'Arte Contemporaneo di Roma (Via Nizza 138, opening time 10.30).

In this area, between Parioli and Trieste/Nomentano districts, you find the LUISS, an important private university in Rome founded in 1974. La Sapienza University is at 20 minutes’ walking distance (1,5 km).
Walking down the prestigious Via XX Settembre you can reach the National Gallery of Antique Art (about 20 minutes walk), the Quirinale Palace and Piazza Venezia/Trajan’s Forum (about 30 minutes walk, 2,6 km).
