This 1 bedroom apartment of about 55 sq. mt. with an added a terrace of about 30 sq. mt. is located on the 1st floor with elevator in a new building and was renovated and restyled in 2018.

Bright and quiet, it is equipped with double glazed windows and a cooling system in all rooms.

- Sempione Park, where you can indulge in a race or enjoy a lazy afternoon, and Castello Sforzesco, one of the biggest castles in Europe and a symbol of Milan;
- Corso Como, the heart of nightlife in Milan, near the railway station Garibaldi/Porta Nuova;
- The Brera district, excellent mix of history and modernity, tradition and innovation. Via Brera is famous for its art gallery, a national gallery of ancient and modern art, the Academy of Fine Arts and, mostly for the Brera Botanic Gardens.
