The apartment is located on the border of the Frari and Campo San Polo, in a pretty courtyard of a glamorous Palazzo.The area is very well served for good shopping, excellent restaurants and only 10 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge.
Internal Description:
This is a lovely first floor flat, which has been recently redecorated to a high standard. A few steps lead to the front door, which opens into a sitting room with high ceilings, comfortable sofas, elegant furniture and dining area. Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen. The night area consists of the master bedroom with king size bed, a double bedroom with twin beds, a single bedroom, (each have been decorated with a different colour scheme), and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. This is a really charming flat with great personality.
