Famous for hunting preserve where, inside of a secular park, the struck to the pheasants at the english way, among the most famous and ambit of Italy, are carried out.
At inside of the Property, belonged during the centuries also to the Medici family, constituted of forty farms and relative colonic houses the splendid villa restructured from Marquis Filippo Niccolini on 1637 ancestor of the present owners. It is very close to Pisa, only 25 km, and not too far from Florence, 80 km.

On the ground floor is the living-room with fireplace, dining-room, guest bathroom, large and fully-equipped kitchen, entrance and bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the living-room with fireplace and satellite television, three double bedrooms and three single bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the other four share two bathrooms. Among the four functional bathrooms on the 1st floor, two of them have Jacuzzi bath-tubs, and the other two have Jacuzzi shower.
The guest house consists of one living-room with fireplace, one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom, one studio with two beds available. Furniture is mostly antique with family paintings. All the rooms of the villa feature cotto floors and beamed ceilings.
