Villa Santa Maria del Lago is situated in the heart of the Lucca hills. Thanks to a careful restoration of the estate carried out during the past few years, the villas has been returned to its former glory and combining the rustic style with all the modern comforts.

The Villa is immersed in a beautiful park with private swimming pool with solarium facilities, private lake and tennis court. There are inviting outdoor places for dining and relaxing in the most peaceful Tuscan countryside.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
Santa Maria del Lago sleeps comfortably 14 people (7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms). The Villa is in three levels. On the ground floor you will find: the main leaving room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, the library, the TV room – music room, the reading room, the ground floor bathrooms.
At the first floor: Two suites with bath and shower facilities, can either be king or twin bedded rooms; two rooms with shower facilities, can either be king or twin bedded rooms; one room king bed rooms with shower facilities.
At the second floor: two suites with bath and shower facilities, king bedded rooms.
In the basement you will find the wine library with a private collection of Tuscan/Italian wines, the service area and laundry room and the staff accommodation.

Telephone, fax, internet access and computer facilities, satellite TV. In all rooms: individually temperature controlled (heating and air-conditioning), equipped with telephone, hairdryers, bathrobes and pool towels. Very functional and modern bathrooms, professional kitchen (big oven, microwaves oven, American fridge, etc.). The swimming pool that measures 12x6 meters has a very nice view on the countryside. Spot lights for night swim. Workout room. Garden, private swimming pool with garden furniture, parking.
