The villa, property of a noble Florentine family, is refined to a very high standard with elegant upholstery and antique furniture. The layout of the house is mainly on one level, and includes a lounge with fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that is close to both the internal and external dining areas. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the lower level is a separate apartment (with independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.) that has a spacious double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge with sofa bed that sleeps 2. The staff quarters, with private bathroom, is found in a separate wing of the house, and has its own independent entrance.
