Thanks to a careful restoration of the Villa carried out during the current year, it has been returned to their former glory and combining the rustic style with all the modern comforts it has been converted in to idyllic rental place.

Villa Sunset is situated to the top of a hill and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool. This villa has a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside and offers an exceptional comfort due to all the new and most efficient systems. A pleasant covered loggia is situated in the garden, here you will find the BBQ and a dining area.
We suggest to have a car to explore the beautiful countryside.
Internal description:
Villa Sunset has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and it can accommodate 8 guests. An extra bed for a child can be set up next to the master bedroom.
On the ground floor you will find: the large living room with fireplace and dining area, the large and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an useful laundry area.
On the first floor: one bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom, one bedroom with double bed, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs in the tower the master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom en suite (shower and bathtub).

| Amenities: Very functional and modern bathrooms, professional kitchen (big oven, microwaves oven, dishwasher, American fridge, toaster, American coffee maker etc.), television with satellite, CD player, ADSL Wi fi computer connection, telephone.
The swimming pool that measures 5x9 meters has a very nice view on the countryside.
There are inviting outdoor places for dining and relaxing in the most peaceful Tuscan countryside. Garden (night lighted), Private swimming pool with garden furniture, Parking.
STAFF: Maid service once a week (4 hours)*, one gardener (also for cleaning of swimming pool). On request and in advance, by separate payment: one butler and driver, special dinner parties.
