This property is a wonderful 3 bedroom villa that simply oozes charm and beauty, located on the idyllic island of Capri. Ideally located in Anacapri, the villa is just 15 minutes drive from the main port and a 10-15 minute walk to the famous Grotta Azzura.

External Description:
The villa, projected in the early 1950s and built in typical Caprese style architecture, has been lived in eversince by the same family and was completely restructured just a few years back. The property is located in a delightful corner of the island near the famous Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) which boasts crystal clear turquoise waters, and is just a 10 - 15 minute walk from the property. It is completely surrounded by lush exotic vegetation including maritime pine trees, prickly pears, olive and cypress trees the position that offers total peace and tranquillity, with the only noise that breaks the silence is the delightful sound of birds dancing in the air. The villa also offers some of the most wonderful views over the whole of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius and the area is very well connected both to the key points of the island, as well as to the famous "Piazzetta", that offers elegant restaurants, famous night clubs and glamorous shops making the villa a perfect retreat for those seeking not only absolute relaxation but also fashionable evenings out. The villa boasts a wonderful 1,000 mq garden filled which also provides plenty of shade, and has been furnished with outdoor furniture providing a great opportunity for having breakfast, apertifs, dinner parties and even barbeques. The villa also boasts a wonderful 6 m. diameter x 1.4 m. deep swimming pool, well positioned amongst laurel shrubs, and overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. The interiors of the villa are adorned with 17th Century French prints, prestigious antiques from the 19th century, all elegantly combined with contemporary items of immaculate taste.

Internal Description:
The villa is divided on two levels and the best adjectives to describe it are elegant and airy. The villa can sleep up to 6 people with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms comprise one French sized bed which is located on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms, on the upper floor, one with a king-size bed and one with a French bed. These two bedroomsh share a bathroom . Both bathrooms are complete with showers. Both of the upper floor bedrooms have wonderful seas views and the master bedroom (the room with the king size bed) also has direct access onto to a magnificent sea view balcony. A double living-dining room leads to a large terrace that is connected to the lovely garden equipped with garden chairs and loungers and a large dining table perfect for al -fresco dining and relaxing in the sunshine. The dining area is partly shaded which is bonus for during the summer but there is also a sun umbrella too for extra comfort. The villa also boasts a very bright professionally equipped kitchen, located adjacent to a small courtyard ideal for morning breakfast and barbecues. There is a second outdoor table which can be used for dining.

The villa is fitted with air conditioning (available only on the upper floor in two of the bedrooms), a satellite tv system, WiFi internet connection, a widescreen lcd Tv, and standard TV's and safes in each bedroom.

Our personal Opinion:
A villa with fantastic sea views , great outdoor space and a magnificent location.

Pricing Information:
Included in the price: all agency fees, taxes, utility bills (gas, water, electricity up to 100 KWH per week), one set of towels and linens, final cleaning, weekly maintenance of garden and pool, a 3 hours of cleaning once per week.
Excluded from the price: wifi internet connection, electricity usage over 100 KWH per week chargef at 0,50 € per KWh (payable in cash upon departure), extra cleaning and change of linen (15,00 € per hour)

The owner of this property only accepts Saturday -Saturday arrivals and departures.
Pets are not allowed.

Security Deposit: For all bookings a 1500,00 euro cash security deposit is required upon arrival (which is returned to the client minus any extra expenses or damages upon departure). All clients must also sign a standard check in form which asks for details of a valid credit card, which is required only as a guarantee incase any damages are found shortly after departure.

Destinations

This villa enjoys a very priviledged position on the magnificent island of Capri, in the delightfully tranquil location called Anacapri. Although fairly quiet, this resort offers an array of elegant restaurants and boutiques not to mention nightlife thanks to the famous "Piazzetta", or main square. When visiting don’t forget to stop by L’Arte del Sandalo for a pair of tailor made sandals or enjoy live music acts at the famous club Anema and Core. The villa has some of the most spectacular surroundings and there are so many wonderful things to see and do throughout your stay there. Within easy reach of the property you will find the nearby pinewoods running down to the sea, Tiberio's palace (an Imperial Roman archaeological site), Federico Barbarossa Castle with the Ornythological Centre, Mount Solaro (accessible by chairlift) and the Axel Munthe Museum. Shops, boutiques, restaurants , beauty farms and night clubs are also readily available. A short walk down (15 minutes) gives you the chance to swim in the crystal water of the spectacular Blue Grotto, or to get tanned on one of the exclusive beaches, or savour specialties of the local cuisine.

The villa is a 15 minutes drive from the main port with ferries both to the Amalfi Coast and to Naples, from here 20 minutes by ferry to Sorrento and 40 minutes by ferry to Naples. It is a 10 minute drive from the villa to the famous Piazzetta, and a 10-15 minute walk to the Grotta Azzura where you can swim in the crystal blue waters.
