External Description:
Located on the second floor, without elevator , of a building that dates back to the 14th century on via delle Seggiole. The area the apartment is located in is surrounded by all kinds of stores, bars and restaurants. And let's not forget the main monuments found just a short walk away.

Internal Description:
Elegant apartment (70 sq.mt /753 sq.ft) with 1 bedroom that can sleep up to 3 people and has 1 bathroom. It is characterized by the intense brightness of its rooms. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, paying close attention to details and it is now furnished with air conditioning and internet connection. The rooms are well spread out on two levels. On the first level there is the spacious living room that invites the guests to feel at home, relaxing on the pull out couch or perhaps enjoying a sit down dinner at the large table that makes up the dining area. The comfy kitchen is furnished with all that is necessary to cook the most delicious of dishes and therefore has a traditional oven, fridge, freezer, and coffee maker. A unique spiral stairway that dates back from the 14th century brings the guests to the second level that has the bedroom, which can be either have a master bed or two single beds, and is furnished with closet, television, and chairs. Finally, in this same bedroom there is the bathroom decorated with pearl colored mosaics on the walls with big shower.

Our Personal Opinion:
Ideal for a couple or a single visitor looking for a short term rental. Its central location near the Duomo, Bargello, and Santa Maria Novella plus its detailed decorations really make this apartment the perfect choice for those who want to stay in a romantic Florentine apartment.

Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, final cleaning, condo expenses, agency fee and taxes
Excluded from the price: utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.

Security Deposit:
All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). The apartment is located in the Santa Croce district on the eastern edge of Florence’s historic city centre. The area takes its name from one of the city’s most remarkable churches. The Santa Croce neighbourhood provides a rare glimpse of “old” Florence with lively markets and tiny leather and artisan workshops, including the flea market (Mercato delle Pulci) at Piazza dei Ciompi. The Mercato St. Ambrogio, the city’s second main food market after the Mercato San Lorenzo, is within close walking distance too. Furthermore, the area is just a stone’s throw from some of the city’s main cultural attractions such as the Bargello Palace, which houses one of Italy’s most important museums, the Casa Buonarroti, (the former home of Michelangelo), Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio, not forgetting the magnificent Santa Croce church and museum. You will also enjoy the largest selection of boutique shops, bars and typical restaurants and pizzerias within the city. Three of the finest and most expensive restaurants, Cibreo, Pinchiorri and Alle Murate are located nearby. There is also a good choice of mid-priced options. By night, Santa Croce becomes one of the liveliest parts of town and with its pedestrianised streets and illuminated buildings it transforms into the perfect venue for an after-dinner glass of wine or evening stroll.
