Borgo OgnissantiElegant apartment located in the Santa Maria Novella area of Florence near the homonymous central station and the Duomo. This accommodation is ideal for short term rentals. It can sleep up to 3 people, has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom.
External Description:
Located on the second floor, without elevator , of a building on Borgo Ognissanti. All is just a few minutes away on foot: from the Florentine monuments to the most interesting of shops.
Internal Description: 1 bedroom apartment (50 sq.mt /538 sq. ft.) that can sleep up to 3 people and has 1 bathroom . When the guests first walk in they find themselves in the corridor that leads to the full bathroom with shower. Then there is the living room with pull out couch (140 cm) and the dining area. The corner kitchen can be reached from the living room even if it first its not fully visible. Lastly, there is the master bedroom (can be split into two single beds) with windows that face the silent internal part of the building.
Our Personal Opinion:
Ideal for a young couple or for a single traveler that is looking for a short or medium term stay. We recommend Curtatone to all of those that wish to spend a serene stay in a welcoming and silent apartment close all the wonders of Florence.

Excluded from the price: utility bills for rentals over 30 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.
Security Deposit:
All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). Destinations
The apartment is located near the square of Santa Maria Novella. This area of Florence is a 20 minute walk to the main cultural attractions such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio. The area is mainly residential so there is a variety of grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes. In the area you will also find the “Stazione Leopolda”, Florence’s former railway station which has been converted into a vibrant exhibition hall used for events such as craft fairs, television and fashion shows and also cultural and business meetings. The Parco delle Cascine, Florence’s largest public park popular with walkers, joggers, horse riders and families, is also just 10 minutes away by foot. For people choosing an apartment in this area, there are plenty of food stores otherwise known as “alimentari”, supermarkets, laundrettes, banks, pharmacies and individual gift shops not to mention the fact that you are very close to the main bus, tram, coach and train terminal, Santa Maria Novella.

Parking
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
