This bright and welcoming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without lift so there are 25 stairs to climb. Strategic position because of the location near the central train station, and also only 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Church. .
The building is located in via Palazzuolo, about 5 minutes walk from Via Tornabuoni where all the exclusive shops are situated. Ponte Vecchio. The theatre Comunale is about 4 minutes walking. In the area there are several famous Tuscan restaurants, an Internet point just on the ground floor of the palace. .
Internal description:
Santa Lucia is an apartment about 50mq which has been just restored (2010). From the entrance you will find a nice living room with a double sofa bed, a big Plasma TV with Italian channels and the BBC, the corner for dinning. A kitchen well equipped, one bathroom with shower and a double bedroom complete the apartment.

Included in the price: the price is all included for rental less than 30 days as well as final cleaning
Excluded from the price: for rental more than 30 days, the price does not included utilities. Lecture of electricity, gas and water at check in and check out. Extra cleaning on request
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent

The holiday apartment Santa Lucia is located in via Palazzuolo very closet o Porta al Porta al Prato and Lungarno Vespucci. 10/15 minuties walk from Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi and about 5 minutes walk from the Central fresh market San Lorenzo open every day from Monday to Saturday in the morning. In the area there are several famous Tuscan restaurants such as I Lattini. The area is full of markets, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and artisan workshops typical of the historical centre of Florence. You can also easily reach the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Pitti by foot.
Florence airport is just 14 km away north of the historic centre, Siena is about 75 km away and Pisa, roughly 120km away. Lucca about 80Km, Rome (and the airports) are about 285 Km a sud, just 2 hours away by car.

Parking
Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
Extra facilities
No Internet connection in the apartment but downstairs there is an Internet point, otherwise with an extra cost Internet Vodafone key available.
