The house is situated in Tuscany on the exclusive coast of Versilia, about only 700 from the beach. The house has been built by a student of the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright, which put in first characteristic of “ a house done to have a maximum of contact with the nature”. The situation is very good: very near to the beach (by foot or bicycle), and also not far from the marble place Carrara and the nocturne life of the exclusive Forte dei Marmi.
The park (about 7000 sqm) has numerous pinewood all around the villa and made a very special place to stay. In this park a long swimming pool of 15x3 meters. Privacy and tranquillity invite to enjoy the garden and the swimming pool. The villa is composed of two separate houses and is ideal for two families or one family with a domestic stuff. Each houses enjoys plenty of natural light, has its own independent entrance and driveway. Both are surrounded by a beautiful and large pinewood park that provides an extreme privacy for the villa. Place for children to play and park for cars.

Villa I Pini del Mare is composed of two separated houses (ideal also for two families) for a total of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can receive till 14 persons. Each house is independent and has a large face to the garden and are very lightly. The big park give privacy .
The main house of 220sqm is on two levels. On the ground floor large open sitting/dining room (with fireplace, table for 12, TV, DVD, audio) opens completely onto the main terrace/garden; fully equipped kitchen leading to the charming terrace covered by wisteria shed; The night area is on the ground floor composed of master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bath) and wall closet; 2 other bedrooms (one single and one double); bathroom (shower); office room. and the First floor: 2 bedrooms - one master suite with a large overlooking the garden terrace and one with 3 singe beds. Bathroom (bath).
the second house of 100 sqm disposed on the ground floor with an independent entrance and driveway consists of: Sitting room including comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, video and audio has a direct access to the terrace and gardens; Fully equipped kitchen with dinning area (table for six); 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 3 beds); a bathroom (bath). There is an ample storage space for clothing and belongings.

The house could be rent only from Saturday to Saturday.
