External Description:
Chiesa apartment is situated on the second floor without lift, there are 27 stairs to climb from the main building door to the apartment. Piazza Santo Spirito is about 50m from the apartment and the entrance to the Boboli gardens from Via Romana is just about 400m.
Internal Description:
The apartment is roughly 32sqm and is made up of the following: a small kitchen well equipped and a high table with stools for lunch, one single sofa-bed (70cm). The bedroom with a double bed and a television and the bathroom ensuite with a small bath. The computer and DVD player are combined with the television. There is an all inclusive flat standard ADSL internet connection.
Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive except for rentals over 60 days when the following extra charges apply:
Utility bills: (Electricity (lighting/heating) and Water) charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
Chiesa is located in the heart of the Oltrarno neighbourhood of Florence near to Palazzo Pitti and Santo Spirito square and is one of the most historic parts of the city. The Oltrarno is characterized by narrow cobble-stone streets well-known for the many authentic workshops belonging to famous Florentine artisans, not to mention the many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, theatres and museums.

Parking
Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
