This Palazzo is situated in the very heart of the historical and artistic centre of Florence and is at a stone's throw from the Duomo, Michelangelo's David, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and the Uffizi Gallery.
The apartments have all maintained the charm of being immersed in art and beauty. The precious frescoes, statues, and stuccoes present in every part of the building bring to mind the extraordinary artistic wealth that typifies the Florentine Renaissance.
Just step outside and you will be met by the joyful atmosphere of the city centre full of shops, boutiques, refined artisan ateliers and restaurants serving the best traditional Florentine and Tuscan fare. At night the city becomes alive with all kinds of entertainment such as concerts, shows, theatrical performances or just enjoy a drink in one of the many pubs or street cafés
Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities, condominium expenses and final cleaning except for rentals of 61 days or more when the following extra charges apply:
Utility Bills: charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out
N.B Telephone calls made using the apartment phone are not included (calls are charged at local rates).
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 euros for stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

This Palazzo is situated in the heart of the old city centre of Florence among palazzi, churches, museums and extraordinary monuments. All the famous landmarks of the city; Michelangelo's David, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and the church of Santa Croce are all within walking distance of the Palazzo.
The palazzo is also in the heart of the bustling shopping area where one can find almost everything from the famous designer shops to the young, aspiring designer shops; symbol of Italian taste and creativity.
The ateliers of the artisans, goldsmiths, and art dealers are also renowned, where one can gaze in wonder and admiration at the beauty of Italian workmanship.
There are also many restaurants, trattorie and osterie whose traditional Florentine cuisine delights the palate as do the great wines of this rich land!

Parking
Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
