External Description:
Located on the third floor, without elevator , 80 steps to climb, of a building on via Panicale. Nearby the building is the main central market of San Lorenzo, the church of San Lorenzo and the Medici chapel. The area is full of all kinds of stores and restaurants were its possible to try typical Tuscan dishes.

Internal Description:
Classic apartment (55 sq.mt /592 sq.ft) with 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 5 people and has 2 bathrooms The apartment has been restored and has been made into a day area with a well furnished kitchen corner, a room with a dining corner, and TV and couch. The spacious master bedroom has a puffy bed, a small television, and ensuite bathroom with shower. From the window you can see the market and the bells of Santa Maria Novella. Then there is the bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Our Personal Opinion:
Ideal for a family or a small group of friends looking for a short term rental. Perfect for those who want to discover all the attraction in the historical center of Florence without the need of a car.

Excluded from the price: telephone calls made using the apartment phone, utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.

Security Deposit:
All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted). The apartment is located within Duomo district in Florence’s historic city centre. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. The Duomo neighbourhood offers an array of beautiful historical buildings and superb piazzas including the Mercato di San Lorenzo, the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, famous for its attractive cafes, patisserie shops, live music, street performers and caricature artists. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by the city’s main cultural attractions, notably Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Bargello Palace and Casa Buonarroti, the former home of Michelangelo, not to mention the Uffizi Gallery and the museum dedicated to the city’s cathedral “Museo dell'Opera del Duomo”.
The area also has much to offer in terms of fine dining and exclusive boutique shopping.
