External Description:
The apartment is located on third floor with elevator of an elegant building. It’s really quite because it is faced on a nice internal court. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Arnolfo’s Tower and it is the ideal place for outdoor dinners.
Internal Description:
As you enter you will find the living room with pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the bathroom with shower, the fully equipped kitchen that opens to the terrace and an useful laundry area. The night area includes: one small twin bedroom, the master bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. Beamed ceilings and floor in “cotto fiorentino”.

The prices are all inclusive except for rentals over 60 days when the following extra charges apply:
Utility charges per month: Gas 80 Euro, Electricity 80 Euro, Water 30 Euro
Final cleaning : 80,00 Euro to be paid at Check In
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

Elegant apartment located in the city centre of Florence, near the most elegant street of the city centre where you can find the most elegant boutiques: Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Cavalli ecc…. . The area is limited to certain vehicles, and we suggest you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity (the nearest one it is the Garage Le Terme). Through the characteristic narrow streets, you can easily reach the Piazza Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery. It is also possible to make excursions outside of Florence: Siena only 70km. away, Lucca 80 km., Pisa 95 Km.
