Terme Suite is one of the latest additions to be added to our property portfolio. This modern and well furnished apartment suite in Florence is located near one of the most elegant and exclusive streets in Florence and can accommodate 4 people.
External Description:
The apartment is found on second floor with elevator of an elegant building. It’s really quite because it is faced on a nice internal court.
Internal Description:
As you enter you will find an open space that includes the living room with pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Following the corridor you will fins the spacious double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower. Beamed ceilings and floor in “cotto fiorentino”.
Included in the price: utilities and condo fees.
Excluded from the price: For rentals of 2 months or longer, utilities are charged per consumption as following: heating 80,00 Euro per month, electricity 80,00 Euro per month, water 30,00 Euro per month and final cleaning is Euro 60,00.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
Elegant apartment located in the city centre of Florence, near the most elegant street of the city centre where you can find the most elegant boutiques: Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Cavalli ecc…. . The area is limited to certain vehicles, and we suggest you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity (the nearest one it is the Garage Le Terme). Through the characteristic narrow streets, you can easily reach the Piazza Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery. It is also possible to make excursions outside of Florence: Siena only 70km. away, Lucca 80 km., Pisa 95 Km.
