This brand new studio apartment is located located on the second floor (with elevator) of an elegant building which too has been completely renovated just at the beginning of Via delle Terme, near to Santa Trinità and Via Tornabuoni, one of Florence's most famous and elegant streets - renowned for its designers shops. The apartment faces a small internal courtyard which makes the apartment very quiet.
Internal Description:
As you enter the studio apartment you will find an open space which is divided into the living room with pull out sofa bed (160 cm), the dining area with 4 chairs and the fully equipped modern kitchen with oven/microwave, big fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a useful powder room where the washing machine is located. The apartment has decorative original beamed ceilings and “cotto fiorentino” tiled floors.

The prices are all inclusive except for rentals over 60 days when the following extra charges apply:
Utility charges per month: Gas 80 Euro, Electricity 80 Euro, Water 30 Euro
Final cleaning : 60,00 Euro
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

Elegant apartment located in the city centre of Florence, near the most elegant street of the city centre where you can find the most elegant boutiques: Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Cavalli ecc…. . The area is limited to certain vehicles, and we suggest you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity (the nearest one it is the Garage Le Terme). Through the characteristic narrow streets, you can easily reach the Piazza Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi gallery. It is also possible to make excursions outside of Florence: Siena only 70km. away, Lucca 80 km., Pisa 95 Km.
