External description:
The apartment is located on the 5th floor with the lift that takes you up to 4th floor then there are 25 steps to climb. The apartment is extremely quite and peaceful being located on the top floor and the terrace offers wonderful views over the rooftops, the Duomo (Florence's main cathedral), Piazza Signoria and the distant hills.
Interior Description:
The apartment (45sqm) is extremely bright and spacious and the white walls and fully white furniture create a really unique and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment has one lovely master bedroom complete with a unique designer chair from the 1930's and designer lamps, a bathroom with shower/tub with the casing and walls made completely out of tempered glass, two comfortable sofas placed each side of the terrace with reading lights, a unique dining table to seat at least 10 people, ostrich leather sofa and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The floors are made completely out of resin. The apartment has recently been redecorated and due not only to the colour of the apartment and furniture but to high standard and quality of the interiors we can not accept animals, smokers, students and children.
Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities and condominium expenses. Each Saturday 4 hours cleaning and change of linen.
For rentals of 61 days or more the utility bills (Gas, Water, Electricity) are charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out and the final cleaning at the cost of 100,00
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 Euro of stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
Elegant, unique and modern one bedroom apartment of a historical building near Piazza Santissima Annunziata and Piazza San Marco, just a stone's throw from the city centre and the Accademia Museum.
The area is limited to certain vehicles, and therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity. You can easily reach the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Museum.
