The apartment is found on the first floor with elevator of the historical palace “Palazzo Benci”. It is situated at the "piano nobile" and the small balcony, the only balcony of the palazzo, offers a wonderful and unique panorama over the hills and the historic centre of Florence. The apartment is very bright and its an ideal place for a superb vacation.
Internal Description:
The property (50sqm) has one bedroom and two bathrooms and it can accomodate 4 people. On the first level, as you enter, you will find: the kitchenette, the dining area and the living room with two single pull out sofas, a bathroom with bathtub (it is also possible to take a shower); upstairs you will find the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has tree big windows facing the Arno river and is therefore very bright.

Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
