External Description:
The apartment is located in a historic building, dating back to the 18th century, which is surrounded by two gardens with ancient ornamental motifs, making the apartments both bright and very peaceful. From the windows on the third floor of the building guests can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Duomo.
Internal Description:
Located on the 3rd floor, this two level apartment (105 sqm) consists of a large and very bright living-room with coffered ceilings, overlooking a quiet communal garden. It has a dining area, cosy kitchen with dining table, and the master bedroom with bathroom with bath-tub, all overlooking the garden. On the second level is the other master bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and comfortable closet space and storage. All the rooms of this charming apartment have light coloured wooden floors, and the living-room also has a wonderful coffered ceiling.
Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities, condominium expenses and final cleaning except for rentals of 61 days or more when the following extra charges apply:
Utility Bills: charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out
Final cleaning : 105,00 Euro to be paid at Check In
N.B Telephone calls made using the apartment phone are not included (calls are charged at local rates).
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 euros for stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1500€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 3000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
The apartment is located only 200 meters from the Duomo, and only a few minutes from the most famous museums in the city (Uffizi, Accademia). In the vicinity of the area is the traditional and ancient market of St. Ambrogio, as well as shops and restaurants for every taste.

Parking
Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
