External Description:
This apartment is found on the third floor with elevator (20 steps to the apartment) and it is very bright. The private terrace of 12 square meters offers a wonderful and unique panorama over the historic centre of Florence. The apartment is very bright.
Internal Description:
The apartment (230sqm) has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and it can accomodate 10 people. The apartment is on two levels: as you enter, you will find: the entrance, the living room with dining area and access to the panoramic terrace, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area next to the kitchen, the first double bedroom (queen size bed) with bathroom en suite with shower, the second twin bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower, the master bedroom with closet and en suite bathroom with shower. The twin and the master have a wonderful view on the Duomo.
After few steps the fourth bathroom with shower and upstairs in the tower the panoramic twin bedroom. Two single pull out sofa can be prepared upon request.
Given the luxury interiors and high standard of the apartment we do not recommend this apartment to students.
The prices includes utilities and a weekly cleaning service (only for 7 nights minimum stay) but does not include the following:
Final cleaning : 70,00 Euro for stays of 2-3 weeks to be paid at Check In
Final cleaning : 100,00 Euro for stays of over 3 weeks to be paid at Check In

Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1500€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 3000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
Apartment located in the heart of Florence just round the corner from the Duomo.
Not only is on-street parking in Florence extremely difficult to find but also since the historical centre (including the area where the apartment is located) is in the ZTL (a restricted traffic zone) non-residents are prohibited from entering the city centre and driving around during certain hours. Unrestricted access is only granted between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am Monday - Saturday (times subject to variations depending on the period of year). We advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity as most garages will be able to provide you with a 1 hour permission to enter the centre during the restricted hours (only to drop off/pick up luggage).
