This apartment (120sqm) is found on the first floor (30 steps) between via Tornabuoni, the most elegant street of the city centre and Piazza Santo Spirito. The apartment is very bright and furnished with refined style .
The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 2 people. As you enter, you will find a huge room decorated with frescoes (three windows on Via Maggio) that includes: the living room, the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen. At the end of the corridor you will find a bathroom with shower, the charming master bedroom (queen size bed) and a bathroom en suite with built in bathtub. Floors are in parquet.
Pricing Information:
The prices are all inclusive of utilities and condominium expenses.
For rentals of 61 days or more the utility bills (Gas, Water, Electricity) are charged based on meter readings taken at Check In/Out and the final cleaning at the cost of 80,00
N.B For rentals of over 30 days all clients must sign an Italian Rental Contract which is obligatory under Italian law and the cost is equal to 1% of the total rental fee, plus 30,00 Euro of stamps.
Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1500€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 3000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.
Destinations
The apartment is located in the heart of Florence between Palazzo Pitti and Piazza Santo Spirito. The area is limited to certain vehicles, and therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity. The Oltrarno neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, theatres, museums and other premises typical to the historical centre of Florence.
