Situated on the first floor (without elevator, 32 steps), this modern property is composed by one open living space which includes living room (sofa bed 160cm), dining area and kitchen, a double bedroom (beds can be separated) with en suite bathroom with shower.

Security Deposit:
On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:
- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€
- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€
- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

The apartment is found at the heart of the Oltrarno neighbourhood, one of the oldest and most authentic parts of the city, a few minutes from Piazza Santo Spirito. The area is limited to traffic, and therefore it is advisable to leave your car in one of the several private garages in the vicinity.
